Kat calls Myrtle Beach home, where she lives with her family and two feline chaos gremlins who firmly believe they run the household. She likes her heels high, her bourbon neat, and her stories extra spicy.
Fueled by happily ever afters and fictional crushes, she began writing after a tenderhearted titan swaggered into her dreams and demanded a story. When she's not writing swoony stories, she's probably watching Animal Planet in yoga pants, trying not to over-water her succulents, and wondering if the real meaning of life is forty-two.

Most first drafts happen early morning, coffee in hand, before the cats decide the keyboard is actually a bed. Kat plots loosely, leans into banter-heavy dialogue, and always knows the ending before she knows how she'll get there.

What a book! I laughed out loud a bunch of times, loved the flirtation between the characters, loved how it was all interconnected in different ways, I wanted to cry a few times, but don’t worry it ends with a HEA! This book gave me so many emotions and all the feels.
